A Saskatoon man, Brandon Taylor Moore, is facing a series of charges related to online hate speech and Holocaust denial. Moore, a former real estate agent, was initially charged with publicly inciting hatred after police received a complaint about antisemitic comments he made online. Now, he's been hit with two additional charges: wilfully promoting hatred and wilfully promoting antisemitism by condoning, denying, or downplaying the Holocaust. Moore's online activity, which included daily posts about Jewish people and references to conspiracy theories, has sparked concern from the Jewish community and legal authorities alike. His account on X, while still active, has not been updated since December 17, 2025, and features a pinned post from May 21, 2025, where he claims that Jews have attacked him and his family on social media and through business partners, yet have failed to prove him wrong. Moore's legal representation changed on Tuesday, with Moore now representing himself in court. He was instructed to sign a Muirhead order, ensuring the confidentiality of the evidence presented by the Crown. The case is set to continue on February 24th, with Moore's future in the legal spotlight hanging in the balance.
